Mental health presents a distinct challenge—it's internal, invisible, and often stigmatized. Unlike physical wounds, mental injuries don't bleed. At The Strong Mind Project, our mission is to unite artists and creatives to shine a light on this hidden pain. We aim to reassure those battling depression, anxiety, and beyond that they're not alone; to depict these issues vividly, to reveal their reality, and to make the invisible visible.
